The license

• Say in Place is sold as a one-time, perpetual license for personal use on your Mac. No subscription, no recurring charge. The version you buy keeps working forever — nothing expires.
• Your purchase includes one year of app updates (new features and fixes). After that year your installed version continues to work without limits; newer updates may be offered separately.
• The license is for you. Please don't share your key publicly or resell it.

Who you're buying from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Try before you buy

The app comes with a free 14-day trial with full functionality, so you can confirm it works for you — your Mac, your apps, your languages — before any purchase. After the trial, new dictations are saved to your History for manual copying (your data is never locked away), and inserting text where you type resumes once you enter a license key.

Refunds

If Say in Place isn't right for you, email support@sayinplace.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, under Paddle's buyer terms.

What we don't promise

Say in Place is provided as-is. Recognition quality depends on your speech, your microphone, and your languages, and no dictation tool is perfect. We work to make it better over time, but we can't guarantee a specific accuracy for every voice and situation.
